Comment supprimer l'alerte "Antivirus soft"? Bonjour,
J'ai un gros problème! J'ai une alerte Antivirus soft qui s'allume tout seule alors que j'ai déjà un Antivirus qui marche très bien. J'ai vu sur internet que c'est une fausse alerte destiné à faire acheter les gens cet Antivirus. Le problème est que je n'arrive pas à l'enlever. Il n'est pas dans les panneau de configuration et lorsque je télécharge des logiciels comme "suppress plus" ou "spybot", il empêche leur ouverture en disant que c'est infecté.
Que dois-je faire?? Réinstaller tout le système? Je ne suis pas sur que ça règle le problème. J'ai l'impression que c'est un trojan. J'ai allumer mon Antivirus pour qu'il supprime ça mais je ne sais pas si ça va marcher. pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît? Je suis nulle en informatique...
C'est un Virus. Démarre windows sans échec et fait un scan minutieux.
Pour ce faire, dès que tu as allumé l'ordinateur et avant même que le logo Windows apparaisse, il faut presser la touche F8 du clavier.
Le mode sans échec est caractérisé par son interface rudimentaire, très windows 95 et sa résolution graphique très faible. Il ne faut pas se laisser distraire par cette présentation curieuse et filer droit vers ton Antivirus pour le lancer.
