Pourquoi Norton Antivirus n'est il pas actif sur yahoo mail.? Bonjour à tous.
Depuis plusieurs jours lorsque je veux télé-charger une pièce jointe sur yahoo mail je reçois ce message d'avertissement:"L'examen Antivirus est indisponible pour l'instant."Il s'agit de Norton Antivirus intégré à la messagerie Yahoo.
Quelqu'un d'autre a t'il rencontré ce même problème et comment a t-il été résolu si il l'a été.Merci de votre réponse car je n'ose même plus utiliser cette messagerie.

J'ai le même problème.
Apparemment les réponses qui ont déjà été faites émanent de gens qui n'ont pas bien lu la question.
Pourtant il était clairement indiqué qu'en l'occurrence c'est Norton intégré à la messagerie Yahoo! qui est en cause. Il l'est d'office, rien à voir avec l'anti-Virus qu'on a soi-même installé sur son PC.
Cela dit, j'ai contacté le service technique de Yahoo!, tout simplement.
J'attends leur réponse.
